MAC COMPÉTENCES+
What you are entitled to
En réglant votre inscription, vous achetez auprès de MAC COMPÉTENCES+ un nombre de séances que vous choisissez. Chaque séance dure le temps annoncé pour votre classe, et se tient aux horaires convenus avec votre formateur.
Your session balance is always visible in your space, on the “My attendance” page. We let you know when two sessions remain.
Absences
Letting us know changes everything. An absence reported to your instructor before the session is an excused absence: it entitles you to a free make-up session.
Vous disposez chaque mois d'absences tolérées à hauteur de 50 % des séances que vous avez réservées. Au-delà, les séances manquées restent dues et ne peuvent pas être rattrapées.

Le calcul est arrondi au plus proche, et vous disposez toujours d'au moins une absence tolérée.
Ces absences tolérées ne valent qu'en cours individuel. En cours de groupe, une séance manquée reste due : elle a eu lieu pour les autres apprenants, et le formateur l'a assurée.
An absence without notice uses up the session. The instructor kept the slot: it cannot be offered to someone else at the last minute.
In one-to-one lessons, absences are tolerated up to half the pack. Beyond that, missed sessions are not owed. In small groups, once the first session has been held, the whole monthly pack is owed — the group meets whether you attend or not.
Make-up sessions
A make-up session is scheduled according to the instructor's availability, within the month following the absence. It is part of the pack: it does not add to your sessions, nor does it cost you an extra one.
Payments
Payment is made before the pack begins. A place is only reserved once payment has been received.
Sessions already attended are non-refundable. If you interrupt your training, unused sessions remain available for six months and may be resumed at any time within that period.
If the centre cancels a session, it is returned to you: it does not count against your pack.
Online sessions
The connection link is published in your space no later than the day before. A stable internet connection is your responsibility; a session missed for this reason is treated as an absence without notice.
Sessions are not recorded unless announced in advance. You may not record them yourself without the written consent of the centre and the other participants.
Your data
The centre keeps your name, contact details, progress and payment history for the duration of your training and the accounting obligations that follow. Messages exchanged on the platform are kept for twelve months, then deleted — download important documents before that date.
You may request to view, correct or delete your data by writing to the centre through the messaging system.
Life in the group
Exchanges on the platform take place between the learner, their instructor and the administration. Respect is expected from everyone. The centre may suspend access in case of abusive language, without refunding the remaining sessions.
What we owe you
A qualified instructor, content suited to your level, follow-up of your progress, and a reply to your messages within two working days.
In case of disagreement, write to the centre first: we look for a solution before any other recourse.
